He then practiced in government and private sectors and taught at the dental school in Singapore as a part time faculty member. A constant and growing desire to practice dentistry at the highest level led to his decision to pursue specialist training in Prosthodontics at the University of Southern California (USC). He received his specialty certificate in Advanced Prosthodontics from Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of the University of Southern California (USC).
